Meridium is 100% XML compliant meaning you can store and access all content in an XML format. Content objects can be stored as XML and have XSL transformations applied to them to format content. WebServices (SOAP)
All Meridium functionality is available through WebServices using the SOAP protocol. This allows for reuse, extension and integration of the Meridium functionality from any platform. With this level of XML support Meridium can leverage the advantages of Microsoft’s .NET as well as Java / J2EE environments.
